My name is Chad, I have a lvl 10/11 WR who will be boosted at the end of the season to a lvl 13/14. He is a speedster, he has CE on. Right now his speed is a 83.6 with equipment on. I will take his speed to a 80 natural before I start working on agility.
I would like him to go to a team with owners and agents that are in it for the long run. I would like to one day see him in the pro or world league.
