Games, QB Rating, Completions, Attempts, Percent Complete, Yards, Yards per game, Yards gained per pass attempt

also your dot looks in really bad shape, since you spread out your equipment way too much, invested in SA's too early, and didn't focus on one stat...I'd cut your losses

kinda you normally want your equipment in your primary attribute(s) as far as skill points, if you are building for the long term then it's best to cap build for the best efficiency. Pushing one attribute at a time is going to get you a better end build than one who spreads a little out everywhere.

Very important. Not being a dick but you may want to retire that guy and start over. Your gear is a mess!

Focus your equipment on one attribute. For QB's, typically that is throwing, if you are making a pocket passer. Vision is another huge attribute to spend your BT's on. But like it was said, traing one item at a time until you reach 48 first, the next level is 68, 73, 78. Looking into the way, way future like your last few seasons, you will want throwing between 85-90 naturally or w/o equip. Vision needs to be same. I may not be an expert, but that is the typical pocket passer build. Then when you start adding yuou equipment in, throwing to 130+ vision, 95-100. But like I said that is way into the future. Hopefully this gives you a little idea. There is also pages where they give you the "cookie cutter builds" by position. Check out the forums.
