Please vote from 1 through 20, with 1 being the BEST ranked team in OPL, we will matchup ranks accordingly against EEPL for the challenge. If OPL or EEPL is unable to come up with the same amount of teams we will take the top number of teams avaiable. So for example if EEPL has 21 and OPL has 20 then EEPL will simply drop #21 and we would play EEPL's top 20 against OPL's top 20!
