The builds are all solid, and a lot of the changes will just make a player a fraction better in one area and a fraction worse in another. The "correct" build often depends on the system the DC is using as well.
There are different DT builds out there that perform very well, just differently. For instance, Minnesota Fats is not built like Homage's Massive Bereavement but both are excellent DTs.
I personally prefer DTs to have 100 agility with equipment and 80 speed, (but I'm building one now that will only have about 65 speed.)
I think Homage likes to have about 155-160+ strength on his DTs and has a little less agility and speed than mine have.
Tautology likes to have high tackling and vision on his DTs, and his are much slower than mine are.
Yet all of them perform very well, it's just each has different strengths and weaknesses.
I absolutely love how this DT is performing this season

As much as I like him, I won't build another that is the same. I want to try and build one that will do better. I may succeed with my adjustments, and I may fail miserably.
You also have to consider that whatever, advise you get now is based on what someone thinks is best in the current SIM. That may not be the case 2, 3, or 4+ seasons from now.
Here is the one I was talking about above.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1901751 I'm still assigning sp to agility and including it in quad training. At the end of the build he will have 101.8 strength, 95.2 agility, and 80+ vision. However, he's only going to have 50 tackling and 65 speed.
Is it worth giving up all that tackling and speed for 5 more points of strength and 5 more points of agility? I have no idea, but I'm going to find out.
Your build has the base for a very good to great NT, and you could get 100 different opinions on what will be best. It's not a bad idea to get opinions from different people to help you make your decision on the fine tuning, but in the end, you kind of need to make that decision yourself. Go with your gut and hope for the best.
