Offense coach: Help the HC and OC develop players to best meet Offense philosophy.
Defensive Coordinator: Scout other team offensives and nullify their attack.
Defense coach: Help the HC and DC develop players to best meet Defense philosophy.
Special Teams Coordinator: Develop and maintain special teams lineups to optimize PR/KR.
Head Scout: Find players best suited to the team and recruit them.
