You're blind faith in Alpha teams is ridiculous.

Devonport is NOT the 5th best team in OPL.... and no offense to them they've got a great team and will probably have a great season, but both their hb's aren't lvl 72, therefore missing 4 speed (as well as all but 1 of the rest of their skill players)
That alone hurts a team so much that its unbelievable.

Death Dealers are a perennial playoff team in alpha and I like their owner a lot, but a RNG does not a better team make.

It won't piss me off, because I agree with you on Devonport. We have beaten two good teams, but we are still underleveled. We only have 3 non-ST players on our entire roster that are Level 72 or higher.
