Actually he is great to have in the front office, he has really taken charge and has built a great team for me and is very active in the team forum, an he is even mentoring a couple guys on the offense and defensive side... I have not had 1 problem with him... ive seen bengals in alot of jaxz7 threads, think he just has a personal issue with him..
