Garuda should be pretty lol this season with CRR gone, but, coming from the Lucid OC, that makes me happy.

1. Lucid D.R.E.A.M.

Outlook - With CRR promoting to the WL, and not being replaced, Lucid steps in to the #1 spot. The defense and special teams will be best in the league, but the big question mark is - can they replace the production of the multi-season Offensive MVP Knowtion Moreno?
2. Buffalo Rampage
TPC/APV - 55/1065.3
Owner/Co-owner - Bleonard/Joe Buck
Outlook - The only other team that could possibly contend for a title, Buffalo has the roster and the coordinators. However, much like Lucid, they could never quite get over the hump. If Lucid is #1, Buffalo should be considered 1a. Because of Lucid's win over them in the playoffs last season, I have them ranked 2nd.
3. Phu Khao Bow Chicka Brown Cows
TPC/APV - 55/1071.6
Owner/Co-owner - We_Rule/AirMcMVP
Outlook - An impressive season in S18 was met with an extremely disappointing 1st round playoff loss to the NY Empire. The cows should be back and better this season. This is not a team to be taken lightly. They seemed to be missing that x-factor player to help them beat the very good teams. If they find him, this could be a very dangerous team.
4. Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy
TPC/APV - 52/1064.7
Owner/Co-owner - shield.bearer/chappy2235
Outlook - A newly promoted team at #4? It could happen - they've got a decent roster and GMs that know what they're doing. however, it is more to do with whath was a great conference stripped of talent by the WL. nevertheless, even if they go through some growing pains promoting to pro, they should contend for a home playoff game.
5. Buffalo Knights
TPC/APV - 46/1059.1
Owner/Co-owner - cromwell/alindyl
Outlook - Always the "other buffalo" team, they're always there but never really a threat. Can they break that streak this year? They always seem to have a decent game plan, but lack of superior dots will hurt any team.
6. The New York Empire
TPC/APV - 53/1092.4
Owner/Co-owner - CaptainUniverse
Outlook - Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. The Empire has had great looking teams on paper for the past few seasons, but they were never able to beat any of the elite teams and always exited the playoffs early. Last season, they pulled off a decent first round win against the cows, and then promptly and as expected got destroyed by a CRR team that had WL talent on a pro level.
7. Three Kingdom Warriors
TPC/APV - 55/1096.7
Owner/Co-owner - datongw/Animalmother
Outlook - You look at the APV on this team and think "wow, they should contend for a title." But, they're always either too old or too young in almost all roster spots. They haven't been truly competitive for a while, after putting a few laughable rosters in the past. Can this season be any different? The talent is there to beat some of the terrible teams, which should earn them a playoff spot easily. But, all you really need to do in SEA Pro garuda is field a team and you'll be in the playoffs, so that isn't much to say. Probably a year away from being "Great" if they can keep their young dots and recruit more.
8. Quad Cities Quarantine
TPC/APV - 55/1072.1

Outlook - These guys could pull off an upset or 2. They have the roster and they've got the coordinators to do it. Not to be taken lightly at all. They could be the "Brown Cows" of season 19.

Outlook - Who in the hell are the Boston Bears? I don't know. I couldn't tell you who any of their GMs are either. But, they've got a roster, and it has level 72 human players on it, so they'll compete for a playoff spot.

Outlook - I had a player on this team for a while. I respect them, but, they'll be a Floor Mat for most of the "good" teams in this league. Still a season away from even being relevant...recruit hard and you could be a playoff team next season. This season? Nope.
