I vote for a committee of 5 people to choose. That way the thing gets done but it isn't one persons opinion.

Just have all 16 owners on the committee. Make an announcement and send a pm in the next few days that they have to have it submit their picks between Days 30 and 35. If they don't submit it by by Day 35, their vote doesn't count.
Also, they should not be able to vote for anyone on their own team!
We also need to know if we are voting for people only in our conference, or in the entire league! Personally, I think we should stay within our own conference for the voting.

As a side note from last season, I also think banned players should *not* be on the all conferencen team. I assume this was an oversight from last season, but we should make sure this time around.

I know I was planning on doing two all-conference teams to go along with the power rankings I was doing at the end of the season. Im cool with just voting with all of you guys also.

Yeah, I'd be up for you (not that I'd be doing any work) doing your own since you are so good at it and having an owners/committee one as well. Comparing the two would be very interesting.

honestly you look at all the games and i trust your opinion over anybody elses. You seem pretty none bias when it comes to everything you do.
