well i'm not sure where to start in attempting to help you. which part do you not understand?

In the simplest terms:
-Don't put Skill Points into Special Abilities until your player is level 40 or so
-Do start by intense training speed
-Don't spend your Skill Points until you have enough of them to get speed to 49. Once you do, spend those Skill Points.
-Then, intense train agility while continuing to put Skill Points in speed.
-After you've trained agility to 30 or so, ask for advice again.
