He has custom EQ and is a max booster. He also has two pieces of Superior EQ right now. One of those is to the Tunnel Vision SA. One has a 5% bonus to Break Block Chance (At 15% right now).
I'd prefer him to start somewhere, but don't mind playing back up if he'll get good playing time.
