I am starting my search for some good teams this season to hopefully win some hardware with.
1. I only want casual teams I am to busy to do minors
2. I want full control of whatever you want me to do as far as game planning
3. I dont want to recruit much so you have to do most of it you can add it if I see someone then I will bring them to the team
4. I can do both OC/DC I actually prefer it because then if we lose it is my fault
5. I want you to have a full team it is the only way you have a shot to win in Casual.
