I’ve originally built this team solely for the purpose for agents that want to be part of a competitive team/league from the start and not have to wait months before enjoying this game. PeeWee is home to some of the most competitive leagues, and from an agent that has been part of couple of pro league teams I can say for certainty that you won’t regret your stay here.

We might be selective but we really take good care of our agents/players. All the agents in our team are like family members. It’s one of the reasons why I haven’t recruited anyone for quite sometime. Experience is nice but what I’m really looking for is a dedicated agent that can stay active throughout the entire season and is willing to cooperate with build plans and tactics. This is what I value the most and what made our team successful in the past. If you don't think you have the time and the dedication to stay active throughout the entire season this team isn't definitely for you. I would rather make players myself than let my own teammates down.

I might be the owner but I don't consider this my team but our team and we wouldn't have had the success we had without the hard work and the dedication of our agents. And this is exactly the type of agents we are looking for. I might sound picky, but in return you get to play for a very competitive team and owner, teammates who look out for each other like brothers and sisters.

We started out as a huge underdog when I first bought this team but with the above mentality we have became one of the most successful teams in PW. We are the only team in history of PW to have won both the PW cup and FTW invitational, two most competitive seasonal tournaments in PW.

But just keep in mind, we do not tolerate disrespectful antics off the field. I know there are some agents that likes to trash talk in the public after a win but that’s not what we do here.

If you want to let out your frustration after a loss, do it in our private forum. I don’t mind that, but just don’t do it out in the public. It just sends the wrong message and that’s not what the grenadiers represent. And I’m not talking about friendly jabs. To me losing respectfully is better than winning disgracefully.

Again, we rarely recruit and we haven't really recruited much since S12. I really do believe this is a great opportunity for anyone to join a team where the owner and staff members actually care about their agents.

Thanks for the interest, I'm afraid you are too new. It would be nice if you ca have a season of experience with another team
so we can make sure that you won't suddenly go inactive during the season like many new agents do.

I'm all in for inexperienced agents as long as they have the dedication and also the willingness to learn. But you are too new. Let me know next season after you have a season under your belt and we'll have this discussion again.
