Agent since season 3,owner of cap 22 team,OC of 10 plus teams... Planning to drop all but a few of my teams and find a couple serious teams to spend all my time on.
I have been an OC since season 10 and have coached from peewee all the way through to the World League and have had success in between.I am very comfortable with the OAI, offensive rosters,offensive builds,packages,plays, custom QB progressions,player tactics,Scouting,and Game planning,etc.
I am looking for an upper level team (good PRO or a WL would be ideal) but I have experience at every level and I will consider all offers.
What I want:Full control over the offense(though I wouldn't mind an assistant or Scout), control of the depth chart,an active team,a competitive team,and I want to learn about your team in your initial message before going forward.
What you can expect:Game planning heavily when needed,I am very easy to work with and I will do whatever I need to win,I will be pretty active in the forum,I am a very hard worker and am on usually 4-5 hours daily and more than that on the weekends.
