I like where you're at so far, finish tackling->61, then take jumping to 61 as well. Depending on how you want him to play, take one of those two to 68 if you can afford it. Agility could be a little higher, but it will auto-gain a few more points before he hits 72. You may want to 78-cap it, that's up to you. You've built a very solid base here, now you need to think about where your next 105 SP's are gonna go and where his strengths as a player are going to lie (coverage, run support, causing turnovers...?). Also consider which SA's you want to take and how much it will cost to get them as high as you want them to go (given AEQ/lack thereof).

tkl to 61 so you can get DvG, jmp to 61, stam to 61, and then the rest to SAs. I would train the jmp and stam at least once, maybe more if you can, while you are at 49 or low 50s with them if you are multitraining for more SPs for your SAs.
Any AEQ? SV and CS are always big for SA aeq for a FS and with your low agi, you may want to look at CD. Then you only have to take the SA to 3 or 4 to get 10. deflect % and MT % are the best % aeq for you. I'd pick a few of those depending on how many pieces of aeq you can afford.

I agree with Qillar on CD, if you don't get Agility to 78 you definitely need CD at at least 9. I disagree on the stamina to 61 bit though... my FS has 50 stamina and never has problems with energy. I also think Avoid Fake % is great AEQ for a FS, it helps you in both the passing and running games.
