Hmm, I could offer advice, but I better save you the time and say you should retire and start over. You have too many points in SA's. That 6 SP difference can be huge in the earlier levels where auto-level gains are at their best. You should bee-line straight for major SP caps, ignoring SA's until I'd say lvl 38, minimum.
It looks like you also did some kind of funky train/SP split with strength and tackling. Instead of capping one or the other, you've capped neither, compromising your auto-level gains.
But yea, if you're insistent on the build, keep piling on the speed.

I would appreciate a run down of where I should be dumping my stats into... and what I should do in terms of training... idk what you mean by capping (assuming it's before stats take 2 sp's to be raised?) and auto-level gains haha
