The Ball slipped tbqh.

It wasnt a throw away, that might be a bug. He was throwing to the TE who was in the middle of the field. It would say "Thrown away" if he threw it away. I might report that. You can even see the TE desperately trying to make a play on the ball until it hits the ground.

I'm surprised he didn't just fall over the goal line.
