1)Will Have to Recruit all the Offensive players. Offering a 70k Salary. 1 season day 40 contracts.
2)Make an Offensive plan and Playbook and Depth chart.
3)Post a Game Plan for each Game.
4) Make sure all players Get 30 plays a Game.
5)Work with OFF players to get the most out of their Builds.
