I wrote this up for our team, but thought you guys might enjoy it too...

Here are the highlights, keep in mind that coming into the game DADDY was ranked 43rd in Niboris rankings and Sumatra was ranked 155:

But that is why you play the game instead of just assuming we are losing. The opening drive they move it decently and work it down to our 17. But on 3rd and 2.5 Jason Jordan O'Neal Taylor Jr. stuffs a run to force them to settle for a FG:

DADDY 3 - Sumatra 0

We try to come out passing, but Riley Freeman deflects this attempt from Chuck N'Duck to Steak Grilled Stuffed Burrito to force a punt:

They get the ball back and move it past midfield, but on 3rd and 6.5 they try a pitch but HCreek27 has the defense in the right place and Marchall McGuinness makes the tackle forcing a punt:

We get the ball back and start to move it. Chuck hits Blazing Razorback for 21 yards for our first 3rd down conversion:

We work it down to their 30 and tie the game on this 47-yard FG from Kickie Norris. Kickie Norris was supposed to be retired 10 season ago, Bort just hasn't built up the courage to tell him yet :

DADDY 3 - Sumatra 3
Djibouti gets the ball back and it looks like we have them on the back foot after this Leroy Gibbs sack on first down:

But this is a top 50 GLB team and they hit us with an 84-yard TD run by Tashard Taylor:

DADDY 10 - Sumatra 3

We start to move the ball and have it close to midfield when Chuck is picked off by Swift Daddy Johnson:

Things look bad for Sumatra. But the defense stiffens and back to back deflections by Kevin Garnett and Velcro Woods holds them to a FG:

DADDY 13 - Sumatra 3

Things don't improve right away. Frances the Mute sacks Trigger Happy I for a 6-yard loss:

Sumatra is forced to punt. Jack McCarthy forces a fumble on the punt return but Boo Hoo Daddy recovers it for Djibouti:

Despite them starting in our territory the defense does great work and this deflections by Apollo Sweed forces a punt:

We get a nice pass from Trigger to Slaughter Webster for 19-yards to give us some breathing room but eventually have to punt as well:

They pick up two first downs, but again our defense steps up. On 3rd and 4.5 near midfield Willya Throwittome breaks up this pass from Geoff Creeden to Cha Ching Daddy:

With time running down in the half it is time for the offense to step up and get us back in the game. Jiggle Billy picks up 11-yards on this run:

DADDY 13 - Sumatra 10

Djibouti takes over with 1:36 left in the half. After an incompletion Jeff Tuel drops back looking for Gin Rummy, but Apollo Sweed jumps the route and it is a pick 6 and Sumatra is suddenly in the lead:

Sumatra 17 - DADDY 13

That is the score at the half, in 20 seconds of game time the Sea Hawks flipped the script and send tha favorites into the locker room stunned. Sumatra get the ball first in the 3rd quarter. They drive it into FG range but Kickie Norris misses a 53-yarder. Kickie Norris can win a connect four game in three moves but was distracted by the hot cheerleaders doing their thing for Djibouti:

Sumatra picks up a single first down but then they are forced to punt. DADDY looks ready to take control of this game. Creeden to Rick Rolled for 20-yards:

With the ball deep in Sumatra territory it is time to make a stand. Don L Bullmoose Hanni slams into Rick Rolled after he catches a screen pass, when he tries to spin he avoids Garnett but Hanni's helmet hits the ball square on and the ball pops loose. Tom Brookshier pounces on it and it is Sumatra's ball:

Sumatra 24 - DADDY 20

Djibouti takes over and is moving the ball, picking up first downs. They even convert this 4th and .5 on a Tashard Taylor rush with Bullmoose forcing another fumble:

Velcro Woods deflects this 3rd down pass on our 43 which forces them to punt:

We are into the 4th quarter now. We take over on our own 5 after a nicely placed punt by Sky High McFly:

It is all about control as we protect the ball and grind out a few first downs up to our 33-yard line. Then Major Hangtime shows he can place a punt as nicely as McFly and lands this one inside Djibouti's 5-yard line:

That would prove to be huge, as DADDY, trailing by 4 with 8:00 left is forced to pass. HCreek sends in a perfect ROLB blitz and Could HavebeenA sacks Creeden for a safety in the end zone:

Sumatra 26 - DADDY 20

The points are important, but more importantly it got the ball out of the hands for the dangerous Djibouti offense and back in out hands. We take over with 7:57 left in the game and run down the clock to 1:54 thanks to Christian Loper's pounding runs, none more important than this 4th and 1 run for 10-yards:
