We are a roster of level 30-32 players and would like to have a returner in that level area. The returner role is the big key here, we would love to fill a WR hole at the same time. This would only put us at 5 WR on our roster, so there would not be a PT issue in signing on.

I have a level 24 wide out that has past game experience.
