This is my team and I'm terrible at running the Offense. I somehow have found an AI and package setup that absolutely ensures that we give up waaaay too many turnovers, and can't complete a pass to save our lives (or to save a drive, which has been the main problem...). I know it's mid-season, but if I don't do something now, we're not going to make the playoffs, and that's a shame because we have quality dots and active agents, I just suck. I don't want them to pay for my suck.
So what we're looking for is a quality OC that can at least stabilize our gameplan, cut down on the stupid plays and hopefully be able to give us that fighting chance to win that I can't. They deserve that much.
