My dot is level 2/3. I plan on slowbuilding him. He is a deep passer. his attributes are:

Vision: 19
Throwing: 24
Confidence: 11
I have been buying SPs through my bonus points, and I have 23 SPs saved up. Should I cap strength? Throwing? Cap neither and continue to train and build SPs?
Also my friend is doing the same thing with his Combo back.

Strength: 24
Agility: 15
Also has 23 Sps.
Whats the verdict on my QB?
Am I right to tell my friend he should get strength to 30 then cap speed/ train agility while putting all SPs into speed until 3rd or 4th cap? Its what I did with my back before I retired him and his level was 19/24
