I have a lvl 27 hard hitting SS but have been having trouble getting his effective level up (at 25) I have been trying to read the forums ot see what is best but am confused. What order should I rank the attributes (agi, str etc) and what caps should I go for in what order. I have been playing for awhile but just recently started learning how to properly build.
