what would be enough for WL level? if he was built as strickly possession guy, 80? 90?

80, imo. you arent going to have anywhere near enough soeed to create separation, pretty much no matter how much EQ you put in speed. better to just have mediocre at best speed and run with 100+/100+ catching/jumping and beat CBs that way, imo.

agreed, and good carrying and strength too, since with the low speed all 11 defenders are gonna
have a shot at you.

I'd say it depends on the type of Possession WR. For just short passes having that type of build is great. But for a Route Running Posession WR you'd be looking for a different type of build.
Speed 105
Agility 95
Catching 80
Jumping 80
Route Run 10
Basically the same build as many corners - Speed, Agiity and Route Run/SDC.

That was for the best team in GLB....ever. The guy even said alloy was the only OC who had been able to use him properly.

yeah, but when you are able to even exceed the build he had (ala 100+ catching, 100+ jumping), it makes it easier for less experienced OCs to work with (and he may have said that, bit it doesnt mean its not true. im sure there are a few other OCs that could have used him effectively) keep in mind that most CBs are going to have about 75 jumping. if you want to reliably catch 99% of everything that comes your way, you want more than 80/80 imo....
and in the grand scheme of things, i dont see there being a difference between 80 speed and 105 speed. they are both far too slow to get separation from any kind of CB.
something like this would be ideal, imo:
strength : 61 (+9)
blocking : 10
speed : 80.44
tackling : 12
agility : 89.69 (+12)
throwing : 10
jumping : 100.64 (+21)
catching : 100.64 (+16)
stamina : 51.44
carrying : 61.69
vision : 61.69
kicking : 10
confidence : 50.44
punting : 10
Top SA Tree: | 11 (+7) | 9(+1) | *9(+1) | 1(+1) | 1(+1) |
Bottom SA Tree: | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Extra: 8*
15 Go to Guy or Mr Reliable
15 Slot Machine
15 Possession Receiver
15 Soft hands
+36% Catch Ball
+25% Avoid Fumble
* you can omit these if you want some QC and FS

I agree with everything worker just said except for why avoid fumble %? How often do WR's fumble anymore? I think i've seen 2 on my team since i've been playing and that was like season 3.

its for anti KL. if FF pieces help KL rolls, then it would be logical to assume that avoid fumble pieces help with anti-KL... but i dont think ive ever seen it confirmed... and it is GLB, so who knows
and CBs also arent getting ALGs on strength anymore... i dunno. i just think the 4th % piece is a waste since it only adds like 3% max. i guess you could throw that in QC so you can get that to 13 so it would be roughly 10 with the penalty.

That was also 3+ seasons ago. WL players get faster and stronger every season.

except CBs arent going to be stronger as they dont get str ALGs anymore, so they will be just as strong if not weaker; and most CB builders i know arent planning on taking jumping all too much higher than what CBs today have it at.
the biggest difference between CBs today and tomorrow? the amount of speed and vision they will have. you wont be able to outrun them or create separation with speed, so why invest a good amount of your EQ there? you wont be able to beat them that way, you so may as well beat them another way (via catch and anti-PD scores).
