For season 18 the Lightning Chiefs are looking to add players at the positions below f that will be between 40-46 before boosting with season 18's boosts (which would make them 43-49 after signing and boosting for Season 18).

What we want:
- We are primarily looking for boosters (preferably with custom EQ), as all players currently on the roster already signed on for season 18 are boosters- most have CEQ. We will entertain the offers of non-boosters, but boosters have priority.
- Other than that we are just looking for active agents with great players that fit our team needs, guys that want to win as team.
What we can offer:
- A team with agents/GM's dedicated to trying to make this team a winning team each season
- A growing forum each season, so if that is your thing you can help it become even more active
- Team journalist to do a write up of each game
- GM invite will be offered if you would like one
- Max Playing time plays (we adjust ST's, and advanced energy to make sure)
Offense (Run by me):
It is a run first offense, but is fairly balanced for a GLB offense in my opinion. The offensive roster is designed to have the pieces to pick apart a defense. All parts of the offense are used, but it will depend on the game who is the star (if there is one), as we are more worried about the team W than individual stats.
Defense (Run by yavozerb):
yav runs a 4-3; DTs/NTs should be big and strong. LB's/FS's/SS's should all have good speed, vision, and agility. Stamina should be at least 35 or being worked on to get it there by training- if your not there already. With the right players his defense is a shut down defense and great a getting picks or forcing sacks.
There may be more needs depending what happens with re-signing players, but for now these are our for sure needs:
