Effective Level is down. It used to always be above my level. What am I doing wrong...and where to go from here?

I'm starting to train on light in Confidence so I can get the extra bonus points to boost AEQ. I'm taking speed up to 81 and then i'll work on strength...but why is my effective level a level lower now? Any suggestions?

Capping strength before vis/tck (on a pass rusher AT), not going as extreme on spd agi to start, spending points in SAs, all can lead to hurting effective level.

this. If you're hellbent on making it to the Pro's/WL. I'd start over. You can keep that guy around but make a better guy and you'll see better results with better building practices.

I was training on normal up until now. I thought to get bonus points faster, i'd train on light.

You're saying I should have capped strength before even training in vision/tackling ( i didn't spend any of my points on those abilities, just trained them to that point )...and i shouldn't have gone all speed and agility ( which is what i've been doing )?

I should stop putting points in SA's too? I haven't put that much into em.

So intense all the way? Even though it only provides 1 bonus point?
I was training on intense early in his build, to get agility and speed up. When those got to where the % wasn't increasing much, I went to normal.

Intense train your first attribute till you have enough to cap
Depending on how high you want to take your first attribute things change from there.
If taking very high unlock your 3rd 4th and 5th attribute for multi training. Train these 3 with your second attribute till done pushing SP's into first attribute.

Then when 1st attribute is at 77 81 etc.... Switch training the second attribute and start training the 6th attrbiute. Push 2nd attribute to desired cap.

That should last you a couple of seasons. Come back and ask what to do again then....

Quad training is a must....Anything less then starting first season will lead to lower effective level.

OK, so this guy isn't gonna be so hot. But i'm a casual player and only play one guy at a time...I'll do what's recommended when I start over but how to somewhat salvage my current player if you had to continue with what you had.

Thanks fellas.
