Kunming Panthers had an inactive owner, I have been given ownership for a few days at least with opportunity to renew. There will be several cuts due to need (inactive players and active players fed up with the inactivity) I want to assure people that I'm going to try to keep everything above board and keep the Panthers competitive all season.

A longer explanation: I've only been given the panthers till day 14 or so, I don't think I'll renew my ownership and almost the entire team wants to leave, there is a chance that the Panthers will be taking some steps back I'll do my best to insure the team continues to be at least somewhat effective but I have several problems I'm trying to address in very little time.
