probably. last season was a lot of parity. Minsk finished i think 11th place and beat Kai who i think was #1 or 2 in the other conference and also beat i think 2 top 4 teams in their own conference

Not too much parity when you need 10 wins to be the 8th seed out of 16.

It's just going to get harder as the seasons progress.

almost certainly. Everyone has good dots now and they will only get better.

I know I am looking forward to the 17 dots on Osaka boosting to 72 next season

this couldn't be more true. I just finalized 54 of the 55 dots for next season, and I think next yrs team is about 100 pts better than blazes team this yr I can't even imagine it in 2 more seasons

Waste of flex.

The parity in this season was mostly an illusion. This is because one conference had a heavy stack of mostly top teams, and the other was stacked with mostly middle of the pack WL teams.

If there were better balance between the conferences, there would have been much less "parity" in the WL, I believe.

(It also didn't help that Blaze sandbagged the first half of the season)

We just thought we were being cool copying the blaze by sandbagging early on but we didn't realize how hard it would be to still make the playoffs like them

Seems like WL has gotten harder each season - not sure that S18 is going to be the season that changes. Extended plateau just makes it more likely every team has a really good roster.

Remember when 1000 APV was a pretty good WL team? Now it's a bare minimum for a pretty good Pro team, and 1050 or so is barely passable in WL.

Season 11 and 12 were the best...after that...MEH
