This is just a heads up for everyone. I think we should seriously do this, and the easiest way is for the owners to make the decisions. Each owner can list their top 3-5 players/playmakers between week 8-12 and at the end of the season the owners vote. The only rule would be is that you can't vote for your own team players.

East votes for East, West votes for West IMO...... I don't pay much attention to the East so I'd be biased toward the West...

Does he mean any top 3-5 players or each owner's top 3-5 players from their team?

If it's an All Pro Team wouldn't you need people from every position? I like splitting it by conference too.

Can we wait until I get a QB first before we do this? We're trying to see if the backup will work today..

It'd be who the owner thought his (the team's) top 3-5 players on his/her team are. East can vote east and west can vote west.

I'm not going to single out some of my players over others.

If it would be easier, you could PM them to the other owners in your conference. That way, the players won't really feel like if there name isn't on the list that they aren't good enough

Eh, the same 3-5 positions are probably going to be listed for every team. Some positions just go unnoticed, like defensive lines, due to the fact of the match up of d-line vs o-line heavily favors O-line and its easy-to-build style.

Good idea, but I'm out. For the fact that we have our own problems that I am trying to get solved now. Along with the fact it's my first season as an owner, and I don't think it would be fair for me to vote on players, I know very little about. I would like to do this, maybe next season.

Why not have each Owner/Nominated GM choose a starting roster taken from the league of thier fav players, then have a poll with these players as the options?

not that it affects me, but i agree you should do a full roster. and it makes sense to do an east and a west team as well.

I think we'd have trouble singling people out. Regardless, I nominate Neon's monkey as the all-pro mascot.

This how it works best, I've done it in one of the AAA Leagues and had a great turn out.

You got your Pro Bowl team.

We did it by conference so one person did Eastern and the other did Western, turned out well. We also let the owners vote for their own players simply because if they deserve to go, then they will go. Most of the owners voted for the player that deserved to go though.
