Well, partly you boost each season, could've gotten blocking to 77 before training something else.

Boosting of course, like XO said, hurts effective level.
Strength should have gone higher probably (did you do 77 natural?). Also, since vis/con are majors you should get those trained and capped before worrying about agility; but it's too late for that now.

All archetype centres have a low eff level as they are compared to the old skool Cs who had massive level gains.
