By the start of next season he will have his 3rd piece of AEQ in the works. It's a +3 Speed / +1 Spin. Hopefully I will be able to complete it. Cutting it close. Thinking about just taking the BT's and converting them to SP's for SA's.

You'll be wanting the Spin Piece for sure, even if you can't upgrade one of your brk tackle pieces fully.

I have had bad results with Power Through on WRs, might switch that to Stiff Arm (though it sounds like BTs are in short supply)?

I worry about that guy not getting the ball much...lousy catching/jumping and no catch% piece

It's tough...power wr's need so much of everything, theres almost not enough to go around lol...

What you just advised is pretty much exactly what I was thinking.

I haven't seen power thru fire once...it was between Catch Fake and Stiff Arm..... I will try Stiff Arm...

Really need more Catching. I think you already have enough Break Tackle stuff to make some yards after the catch, but with 50/64 jumping/catching and no catch ball piece, the only way he's getting the ball against a good CB is gonna be on a screen.
