I've been thinking for a long time about this and just decided that I'd make an attempt at this. I won't get mad if this doesn't get done though. I don't expect much. Anyway, I am trying to make a Hockey MMO. I can't really do a lot (I'm in College). I know, why would I try this in college? Eh, just an experiment. If it gets done I will be out of college by then. So here is a couple things you should know about this PF:
What I Need
CODERS ~ Need to know HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, JAVA, SQL (Maybe)
CFO ~ Over 21, won't sabotage stuff, background, deals w/ money problems (doesn't have to pay)
MODS ~ Mod the site, give out bans when needed, do a good job
ADVERTISERS ~ Get the site listed on google/yahoo, put the site up anywhere they will allow you
What I Plan To Do
I will plan to get a site with a domain name (www.example.com) instead of having "www.example.site.com". It may take a bit, but I plan to get something similar to GLB (dots on ice). I'm not counting on this to get finished, if not finished fast, but I hope I don't have to pay a lot. I will have Mods and Admins that I will choose as I gain trust in people and think they have earned a spot. I want to create a Beta site then try and get out ASAP.
Opinions
I have no idea what people really think about this. They might disagree with a lot of things or agree with some. Right now I am taking ideas for the site (and things I messed up in the post).
Forums And Activeness
I want to keep the forum active with ideas and posts. I will make a sub-forum for randomness. I want people who log-in everyday, and if you will be inactive tell me.
If you want an invite just post or PM me. At least 20 - 30 members would be satisfactory (but 50 - 100 is even better). Thanks, and I hope you choose to check this out!
