Well it looks as if the league is completely dead so we might as well have something going on for us penny savers. This tourney I guess will replace the league this season I guess. I will open this up to 16 teams to begin with, but if we can't get enough I will trim it down to 8. The only rules are that you can't boost during the tourney or have custom EQ on any dots. I'm not very fond of that unless I can have a tourney committe that makes a check about 1 HR before the game which could be a lot of work.
