I havnt played this game in a while but I know how to slow build so I'm going to do that and I chose the zone specialist type how should I build him also how should I train intense light or medium and what should I spend my bonus tokens on this is all very confusing.

Speed man. Tons and tons of speed. Then vision then agility then jumping tackling strength depending on exactly what kind of FS you want.

I would train on intense until speed is cappable then do the same with vision and agility. Your first 2 or 3 seasons you can get away with going on intense then just go hardcore light training to save up BT for advanced EQ after that.

Speed to 81 at least, and with a coverage FS I would say your build should go something like this

Speed 81, Vision 77, Agility 74, Tackling 68, Jumping to 68, Strength 48, Catching 48 then work on SA's

I wouldn't bother with multi training until after lvl 25......But training enhancements are a plus esp to help get you first two PA's up to par.

You might think so, but they aren't. Converting BT to SP is superior to enhancing training when you're doing your initial caps.

This is interesting. At what level do you stop converting, and do you still have enough for 4 pieces of AEQ at the end of the build? And at what point do you start multi-training?

I am trying with intense training for the first season or so, switching to multi-training somewhere in season 2. But if it is more effective to train for instance in light and convert BT´s I´d be very interested in hearing about it.

And normal training from day 40 to day 200?

depends on the attribute im training. for example, for my lvl 4 (INT) CB, i intense trained speed until it hit 80+% at 28. then i switched training to intense on agility for the rest of the off season. then i trained agility on normal while pumping speed to 68. then i train vision on normal while pumping agility to 68. (again, i token boost the first season. agility will be 61 by the end of the season)) then i train jumping on light while bringing vision to 73. once jumping hits 33, i switch to catching on light. i bring jumping to 68 while continuing to train catching on light. by day 200, catching should be at about 33, at which point i switch training to multi with stamina, confidence, tackling and strength with enhancements on strength x5. i bring catching to 68, and then work on SAs while still multi training. when i hit day 400, i switch to strength on light to finish up gathering my BTs.

CBs conveniently have 4 attributes that are about equal in importance. for a safety, i dont think they have it quite as easy. they have stamina and confidence, but from there, i think the lines get a little gray and nothing is clear cut. its all about looking at what attributes you need at what caps, and whether or not those attributes are majors or minors.

i would recommend using the new player builder script and playing around with it.

Before you say that... have you actually tried it and measured the difference?

Near the bottom of page two i compared Ace's method of fast capping to simply using BT's to buy SP's and you can reach 61.5 by level 4 using training enhancers, but you only reach 59.5 by buying SP's.

For your first attribute, if you buy training enhancers you can level up faster than it is possible to by buying SP's. Anything past the softcap it is more beneficial to use training enhancers than to buy BT's... before the softcap it doesn't matter and you get about the same effect.

For secondary attributes I'm not so sure. It seems like it'd be beneficial to 4 way multi train your 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th attributes.

Yes, I recently ran an experiment.
