I havnt played this game in a while but I know how to slow build so I'm going to do that and I chose the deep passer type how should I build him also how should I train intense light or medium and what should I spend my bonus tokens on this is all very confusing.

intense for throwing until you can cap it...bring it either to 77 or 81 cap...your choice...

then normal train strength until capped and bring it to 77...

then confidence to 73...

vision to 77...

then agility, stamina and speed last.

Where would you put agility in that equation?

I would switch the vision and confidence, You can always get Heart Of A Champion to compensate for the lower confidence. The real games are in the playoffs anyway.
As far as spending your bonus tokens, i dont think anyone really token boost anymore since the ALG's have all changed. I would start getting AEQ's asap and get those going.

It is not to much that auto level gains have changed that many people do not token boost any more. I think it is more along the lines of people wanting four pieces of advanced equipment. I still think it is viable to use bonus tokens for Sp during your first complete season, but after that it should all be saved for multi-training and advanced equipment.

OP - I would go Throwing to 77, Vision to 77, Strength to 68, Confidence to 68, Agility to 48, Stamina to 48, Stamina to 48.

Not to piss in anyones wheaties or anything, but I like getting the quad training right off the bat so it can pay for itself as early as possible. Get your primary attribute up to 77 or 81 as quickly as possible so the ALGs can work the rest of the career. The percentages from quad training are the greatest. Plus, you can ALWAYS train 3 primaries and simply include another desired attribute. IMO I think this is a cheap way to move the attribute bar if an agent is patient enough to do it. Since they added 2 more BTs for quad training its not so bad to wait 4 days to train and get 6 BTs out of it. If you save your pennies (BTs) up eventually you will have a dollar to buy some decent gear that will beef up your superbly trained attributes and you should be well ahead of the pack by level 50.

The right journey will lead to the optimal destination.

Of course if that doesn't work for some you can just tell me to get effed and I will move on.

Best of luck.
