I own a casual team in a league with a level 42 cap. We're a run the ball and contain the run first. We're searching for ALL POSITIONS, and pretty much all starting spots are up for grabs at this point. We went 10-6, then 12-4 in my first two seasons as the owner, but we're yet to make it to the conference finals and we're looking to change our strategy a little bit. We adjust our game plan weekly and are openly searching for GM's with experience. So please post here or send me a PM if you're interested.

QB: scrambling
HB: elusive and/or balanced
FB: blocking and/or balanced runner
TE: blocking
WR: possession
OL: all run blocking
DT: run stopping
DE: pass rushing
OLB: high speed and vision
MLB: run stopping
DB: must be able to tackle
K/P: uh, what do you think?
