Up until very recently, those images were stored on pict.com, which decided suddenly to change from a free service to a subscription service. Beginning immediately, those images are no longer available because refuse to pay their blackmail rates.
Fortunately, I save copies of nearly everything I create because of this exact possibility. So if your image is no longer available, please message me and I will upload your picture to imageshack, which (at least for now) is still a free image hosting site.
