Might be a bit too balanced, but it's tough to say for sure with WRs.
For the build that I think you are trying, I would say catching and jumping are too low (either that or speed and natural agility is too low).
I suppose with Slot Machine you will want to max Route Run and Sticky hands at some point (not positive that this is a huge gain, but I guess it ought to be...).
I would say that if you can get his speed/agi to 130/80 or get his jumping/catching to 74/80 (and another catch % piece), then he might be pretty solid.
