I am the co-owner of the Arizona Rattlers, a Casual League team that will be level 18 next season. We have a need for 1 starting QB (pocket or deep passer) and value attributes in the following order:

QB:
1) Throwing
2) Vision
3) Strength/Confidence

Our staff is extremely active and a number of us have won championships. We are remaking this roster into a winner now and would love to have you with us next season if:

1) you are active;
2) want to have fun;
3) are willing to build according to the coordinator's directions;
4) will check the team forum for the game plan before each game
5) want to be on a team for a few seasons

PM me with your interest and I will put you down as a commit. We might consider a different QB build if it is exceptional and the owner is very experienced and active.

The team that he had been on did not game plan, nor did they bother to do anything with the team. He has the build to produce, and I will follow the game plan, on whatever the team would like.
