If he has a home, I will boost to LVL 22 at the end of the season. Will equip CE, eventually, kinda depends on how competitive the team is. Currently has 7 points in reserve, and working on getting vision to a natural 68. The original idea was to create a hybrid QB but at this stage of the game it's not like things cannot be adjusted.
