I would go speed to 68 natural, then agility to 60, then vision to 48, then 60

Well, he's a combo corner which has some odd majors. I really don't think combo is a good AT for a corner. Def needs more speed and agility. And it's sad that a corner doesn't have vision as a major.

Agreed Strength, Tackling, Speed, Agility is an odd set of majors. If I had one of my team I would utilise him as a hard hitter on STs and a number 3-5 corner that blitzes with an extra corner on the field or the FS filling in on man duties.
Play a dime package against a 3WR set have this guy as the 4CB and blitz with him.

yeah, i think combo defensive backs will make excellent blitzers. you just need to find a team that will actually blitz from that spot.
as for what to do, speed to at least 68 (more if you wanna be a blitzer), followed by agility to 68, and vision to 73 (less if you wanna be a blitzer).
