Looking for a Level 14 Cap League (No Casual)
He's a Speed/Strength based Combo Back, built more towards a power back I guess. Player will boost to Level 14 once signed and has custom equipment. Was a conference MVP in the D-League (if that matters any lol)
Build Plan (simply working on the main attributes:
Speed to 67 cap (done)
Strength to 67 cap (in progress)
Carrying to 63 cap
Confidence to 63 cap
Vision to 48 cap
Then I'll round out the build from there.
