there isnt one. it varied from dot to dot, from team to team, position to position (CB, FS, SS, LBs) and from opponent to opponent. the best way to do it is to just play around with the slider and watch your game tape... for example. i like my defensive backs at about +60, but i know lots other successful defensive backs that have played much tighter than that. you want to be able to jump the routes, but at the same time, not over jumping them. if you are over jumping them, play looser. if you are giving up too many catches, play tighter.
