This is just a alert that I really want to get a serious vote going at the end of the season for a BBB16 Pro Bowl or All-BBB16 Team; whatever you want to call it.

We have plenty of time during the offseason as we sit around and scratch out asses, no?

Cool. I will store the results on our team web page. Of course, we will have to figure out what to do should our team ever promote, but we can cross that bridge when we come to it; or, more humbly, if we come to it!

Oakland will probably have a team webpage in not to soon, so we could transfer if needed.

Owners/GM's should probably have a "players to watch" list for other owners to make it easier. Maybe your top 3-5 playmakers.

Sounds good, should be a per conference vote, and I'd suggest not voting for your own players with the integrity to vote your conscience, not just trying to rig it so a certain guy you don't like or want to beat out one of your teammates doesn't make it.

Yeah, no voting for players on your team. How much players are we going to do for each position?

I like the idea of sending every owner your 3-5 playmakers on your team.

Ya I like the idea of every owner sending out their players to watch list. That way when people vote they don't have to look through 60+ fullbacks to find the best one.

BBB 16 pro bowl team should be 1/2 owner and 1/2 players. Just like the NFL minus the fact that NFL uses thirds and incorperates a 1/3 from football fans.

I will be sending my Players to Watch List to every owner.
