I have a level 52 elusive back and am looking at his long term build. Would it be better to have

130 speed
90 agi
70 carrying

or

120 speed
90 agi
80 carrying

A, but 130 speed, 80 agi/carry is better than both of those imo

I would agree, unfortunatly I started him off as an agility experiment then changed corse. The 90 agility will be base agility by the final build, so can't really do much about it.

Go with 130 spd and get the +.5% to carrying VA.

would the speed issue be the same for a receiving back?
