thanks guys.Thanks to all the teams who expressed interest in this. It started out a bit slow and then right at the end we got too many teams.







I am starting a tournament, it is called," Last Man Standing ". The name is bad, but the tournament itself should be fun. It is open to all teams. There will no restrictions, on boosting or CE.

This will be different than all other tournaments because you will be part of a team. This"group" will consist of 3 teams, picked by you, or I will group teams if needed.

Once the "groups" are selected and bracketed, each group will select one team to play first against the other team selected. If you lose, your team is eliminated. Your group selects another of its team to play next. Your group wins the round when the other side has been eliminated completely. Each group will need to select a captain, although this is more of an official speaker for the group.If your team is eliminated, but your group survives the round you advance as well. each round starts off with three teams.

The winner can play the next game if your group wants it that way, but is not required to. The team with the most remaining players has to select their team first, and the team with fewer can pick according to that match up.

Seeding for the first selection and bracketing will be a bit selective if more than 2 groups are in to this. The basic idea of this will be to seperate the gold and great silver teams as much as possible. The favorite will be required to pick first in the first round. The favorite will be determined by league first, then record.

A single team can enter, and be placed with other interested teams, or you can sign up a whole group of 3. i think 4 groups will probably be the max for this season to see how long this takes to unfold. All entered teams will be allowed to work around the other tournaments.

This could be a fun way for crews to battle, or leagues.
This is only a rough draft to feel support, and a private forum will be built if needed.

I'm positive the trophy will be awesome. all 3 of the group recieve one. I won't be donating flex as i want to play, but somebody may be willing .

please post here if you are interested, but if you see a bunch of things that make you angry please just pm me as i want to keep this on topic.I am sure a few things will come up that need to be fixed as this is the first time through.

thats cool, thanks DTD. When i make the bracket's i was thinking of using a new name for each group, if you have something in mind for your's.

also i think each team will need a captain. just for the team entering part, i'll assume you are at the helm of this one.

Don't have a team....but I'd love to help you out in anyway, as this sounds like one of the best tourney ideas I've heard about in awhile.

there will be a few things like determining the first round favorites to start the first selection of teams, and keeping track of these games as well. i'll keep you posted and appreciate the offer of help.

I don't know where this idea is coming from, but there isn't any rule that says you can't participate in a tourney if you're donating flex.

it comes from being really competitive. i don't want the possibility of losing and paying for someone else's prize.

edit for, plus its three teams, you'd have to split it. i think it can be fun without flex prize, but if someone has a hole in their pocket donate here

Yea that was a joke... (Those other teams suck!)... I would like to enter Who Dot though.

and having a group captain that can name the group would be great
