there should be some sort of exception for CPU teams to pick up players whose contracts end on the first day of the next season. one day to find a team isn't enough.

The level is also a problem. Without boosting 11 is a bit too low for any real impact on a cap 14 team, but too high to stay in the D-leagues. Also, with all the new changes, TONS of players were built at the same time but no new cap 14 leagues were made, leaving a huge surplus of level 11 players.

hm...I can see that now ... sux to be me then.
