My coach is telling me to put some points in strengh for my elusive back, i thought they focus on not getting close to people so should i just lisen to him or is he rong.

He does need strength eventually but at ypur current level I wouldn't worry about it yet.

Depends if your HB is a scat back. If so, he's rong, (do no more than 2/1) but if he shares snaps with the power back up the middle, then I'd go 3/1, no more.

at low level never put points into anything unless you can raise it over the soft cap.

Don't put any SP into strength until your attributes are at least

SPD = 77
AGI = 73-77
CAR = 68

Depends if you want to spin or not. Spin needs some strength to work properly.

Well considering Spin is a SA, and he shouldn't worry about those yet for awhile I would say adding to strength NOW is pointless.

Depends if he's a KR/PR'er. If so, I'll have to disagree with all of that regarding Spin needing strength. With high carrying, max elusive slider, high agility, tons of BrTk %, and high return spec (if eligible), you can get great results from Spin with just 2/1 minimum strength:
