i had no Promos either

microbrew at 11.99 => sold 15607
softdrinks at 5.99 => sold 7876
nachos at 10.99 => sold 11496
hot dog at 8.99 => sold 8660
foam finger at 25.99 => sold 7170
jersey at 89.99 => sold 3235

I wussed out and hit the "auto set". I'd rather make low money than no money. We made about 1.4m.

It's very hard to budget things this season not knowing how things are going to sell.
