I already have 2 pieces upgraded to the max - my D-Line General piece and my +5% break block piece.

I just took a shot and rolled a +3 Strength naked piece. What SA should I put on it? First Step? Break Through? Wall? +5% Break Block even though it'll be my 2nd %break block upgrade?

I'd go with BB.

My choice would be Breakthrough, if it takes you near 10 in the SA.

Double up on the BB%, BT is easy enough to add points to.

Depends whether you can spend 16 SP and get something that gives you 10% chances of breaking blocks, or if you actually need 10% chance of breaking blocks.
